Features: 304 It is the most common type of steel. It is known for its good corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. Its drawability is very good as in deep drawing and bending. Not hardened by heat treatment. (Non-magnetic, operating range -196~ + 800 °C) 304L 304L is the low carbon version of 304 steel. Under normal conditions, the corrosion resistance is the same as 304. Excellent resistance to stress relieving and post-weld intergranular corrosion. It has corrosion resistance properties without heat treatment and is generally used below 400 °C. (Not magnetic, operating range -196~+800 °C.)
Kullanım Alanı:
Usage Area:304 Kitchen utensils, sinks, internal pipes, hot water boilers, bath tubs, tanks, auto parts (wiper, muffler, etc.), medical instruments, construction materials, chemical plants, dairy and food industry, ship parts.
304L Machinery and equipment used in the chemical industry, coal and oil industry where high intergranular corrosion resistance is needed, construction materials, parts of heat-resistant tools and parts that are difficult to heat treat.
